The statement of claim seeks $800,000 from her in damages and her relations. The claim filed by her former spouse alleges among other things that she defrauded him of over $200,000.00 Part of these funds were in the form of a loan that he gave of $50,000.00 to her father Peter Hatton. The claim says that there was never any real intent on giving him back his money.
